It's the moment you've all been waiting for...we have a new video up on YouTube! Head on over to our Audio & Video page and check out our recent recording of Haydn's String Quartet in D major, Op.20 No.4. We just have the first movement right now, but the rest will be arriving soon. A big thanks to Drew Schlegel, our recording engineer, St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, for providing the space, and our very own Serafim Smigelskiy for his tireless work in the video editing room. Hope you enjoy!

We are pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to the Tesla Quartet: Edwin Kaplan, viola, and Serafim Smigelskiy, cello. After five years with the Tesla Quartet, founding members Megan Mason and Kimberly Patterson have decided to take their musical careers in other directions and pursue new and exciting ventures. Our first five years together were full of great achievements, including competition prizes, international performances, and our graduate residency at the University of Colorado. We are immensely grateful to Megan and Kim for their dedication and inspiration over the years, and we know the future will be bright for both of them. We wish them the very best!
We are also very excited to begin this new chapter with Edwin and Serafim. Both bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the group, and we already have a lot of new projects and plans in the works.
Thank you for your ongoing support of the Tesla Quartet. We look forward to performing for you in the future!
P.S. There is more BIG news coming Tuesday, so stay tuned!
